Cap come of end and there is a cord like on a pull shade with safty pin. Pull pin then pull cord and hang on to your drawers

Thats why you need to have this thing almost striaght up when you launch it, so you can get the wholw 60 second burn time in air cause it aint goin out until its through burning and your not putting it out
