Palmetto lower that I bought years ago, just been sitting around Palmetto 16 inch upper, govt profile, A3 flattop, fixed front sight. Installed a quad rail and vertical grip. Upper has never been fired, can’t remember I ever used the lower honestly. Includes hard case. What you see is what you get. Located in the W. Midtown/Buckhead area. Price is $550.
