I had the evaluated by an milsurp rifle expert and was told they hadn't seen an SKS in such good condition. Let alone one that has the muzzle break. Everything functions perfectly. Interestering side note. If you look at the Serial number on the clip cover, you can see the Serial number is stretched out. That was done in the Russian factory. The new Serial number is machined. Yes, something you see at shows for 650-1100 he is valuing at 2500. It is his rifle though, so its whatever he values it at
1954s are more sought after and those run about $1k parts matching in excellent condition. How’d you come to 2.5k ? Also, if I’m not mistaken SKS didn’t come with a threaded barrel or muzzle brake so that may be aftermarket
This is an import. It's been imported back in the 80's & 90's through KBI. Original SKS's didn't come with blackened bolts either.

Also that mag isnt original. Someone forced matched it.... the letters aren't even in russian like the stock and receiver are. 🤣🤣🤣 this rifle is worth $900 on a good day.
