I acquired this knife as part of a trade a year ago and just recently did some research on it. This model of osborne has been discontinued for some time. It is much larger than the osbornes that benchmade currently sells. From what I've seen online, knifeworks made this one (blue/grey) and one in blue/black. This seems to be a fairly rare piece, ive seem some selling for upwards of 500$. I'm interested in trading for a cool auto, otf maybe. I do not have the box or paperwork that came with it. It is very good condition, does not appear to have been carried.
