This unit was built 25 years a Custom Mesquite by a company still in business in Kansas.
I think that this grill will easily hold 400 to 500 lbs of meat.
The wheel that you see in the picture is chain drive that raises the grill to different levels to control the heat.
Two front doors in front opens up to app 2 foot x 2 foot for adding wood as needed.
It has glass on both sides as shown.
It's also set up for charcoal on the middle level.
The unit is on wheels also, weighs app 1000 lbs.
We have a welding shop where we do custom welding, if you had to build this unit today it would cost at least double the asking price.
