In my opinion you won't find a better turkey gun than an 835. Toted one for years and I can't wait to get into the woods with it again this year.

I agree, due to the over-bored barrel you won't find many that will pattern better, even though I've graduated to the 20 for my Turkey hunting I have two of the old woodland camo models with the 24" brls with a little work done by Curtis Wilbanks aka " the gun doc" they simply can't be beat.
