New open box but would not fit my 03 model, the last picture is the difference in how they are made. I bought these off of Ebay and have no use for them. They should fit an 04-07 Highlander and possibly some Lexus models....can meet in Dahlonega or Dawsonville or if your out my way close to Amicalola Falls, then I can meet at 136/183 fork at the Dollar Store
