can you explain this a little more? I'm confused.
Take to a GSsF compliant store and that paper = a gun.
There may only be a handful of FFL that can exchange the certificate for a pistol the same day. (Smyrna Police Distributor used to do it but not anymore)
Typically, you would complete the form with your info, check the box for the pistol of your choice, and include the payment for your upgrade fee if any. Then you can usually have your FFL mail it in for you since they have to send a copy of their FFL license to Glock anyways. Then you wait......until Glock sends your FFL the Glock you picked out. And then you just pay any transfer fee that your FFL charges.

I've done several. usually takes 3 to 4 weeks. Again it depends on pistol you order.
I've bought a 27 and a 19 on different occasions and walked out the door with them at that time. Both were a couple of years ago though. It used to be that you could sign up and get your certificate immediately, but now they make you wait 12 months to get your certificate.
It's still a good deal though. You pay $25 to save $100. Although I believe it was $35 for the first year and $25 to continue each year after.

That is the GSSF coupon voucher which is actually different from the GSSF pistol award certificate.
With the coupon voucher, it is not transferable but used to purchase pistol same day.
The award certificate can be transferred to anyone and typically has to be mailed in to Glock. This will require you to wait for Glock to send your FFL the pistol.
