Today is out of control!! So much UZI!!!
I know I'm going to sound like a complete idiot, but I see folks often talk about "Pre-ban" when dealing with certain guns/etc. What does that mean? Does that mean this is a fully-automatic gun?
And as a follow-up, if it is a NFA item, can you sell those person to person and does the buyer still have to go through the $200 stamp, etc., etc.?

Also PreBan is a firearm made before the last Assualt Weapons Ban that has features that were banned. No full auto and similar features to a newer guns.
This is not a SBR "short barrel rifle" and the 9 in barrel is NOT being sold or advertised to be sold with this firearm as that would land you in the whoooscow. If you wanted to pay the tax stamp and SBR this I'm saying I know where you can buy the barrel. Hope that helps.
