Picked this up in a trade a while back and had my fun with it. It isn’t going to win any beauty contest but for an over 50 year old gun I’d stay it still looks pretty good and functions as it should. Appears to have originally been a plain jane Ithaca 37 that had a DeerSlayer barrel put on it judging by the duck engravings on the receiver. It was made sometime before 1975 because it is capable of slam firing so you can scratch your Battlefield 1 itch with this or as the barrel name implies it would make an excellent brush deer/hog gun with the capability of accepting up to 3” shells. I have put slugs and buck shot through it and it’s pretty darn accurate. I could just use the cash right now so with that being said NO TRADES. Have some wiggle room on the price but keep in mind these haven’t been made with slam fire capabilities for nearly 50 years now.
I’m located in CRISP COUNTY/ CORDELE GA and not looking to travel on this however I’m often in Adel/Valdosta so I could meet there or somewhere along the way on the Interstate with ESTABLISHED MEMBERS have no problem dealing with new guys but it will have to be on my time and in CORDELE. (Been burned too many times to waste time with tire kickers)
