Langdon Tactical Gen 2 1301 purchased this past year and sat in the safe.

It’s has all upgrades and a rm07 new.

According to Langdon there are no more black Gen 2 being produced by beretta at this time.

I have lots of ammo as well for it if interested

Can i buy a standard 1301 tac and put the stock, handguard, extra shell thingy and optic on the shotty and it be the same gun EXCEPT assembled by Langdon?

Yes exactly

Besides not being able to get some of Langdons products right now, there is absolutely nothing to justify that one being worth "$4000".
