This is an absolutely beautiful, mint condition, Marlin Model 336 C 100th Anniversary Edition chambered in 30:30 WIN. I am the original owner and purchased this rifle Brand New in 1970. The rifle has the Marlin 100th Anniversary Medallion embedded in the black walnut stock. It has been a gun safe queen for most of it's life. You can see that it comes with the original Owners Manuals for both the Scope and the Rifle. The furniture is near perfect with just a few very minor nicks. The Bushnell scope is a 3 x 10 and makes this rifle a tack driver. Yes, it is the Pre-Safety version, serial number of 70-78015
