The engine would be a good replacement if you have a cracked block or other engine problems.
Engine has about 300 hours run time after rebuild (new pistons, rings, bearings, etc.) This equates to about 15,000 miles on a car.
Oil has been changed after every boating season - about 20 hours of run time per season. Runs but needs fuel pump.
Outdrive is operational. Cosmetically fair.
Upholstery needs work.
