Item Description: Mossberg 590 Shockwave Combo
Mossberg 590 Shockwave Combo has a five-round magazine tube under a heavy-walled 14-inch barrel. The action is a standard bottom-loading with side ejection. You can directly load a round into the chamber through the right-side ejection port if needed. It has a grooved receiver top that is drilled and tapped for an optic. Twin action bars make the 590 a very dependable cycler. It has a quick and easy thumb safety up on top of the aluminum receiver. The barrel and receiver have a dull, matte black finish with a polymer ribbed forearm with a nylon strap that keeps your support hand from getting too close to the muzzle while firing. The Shockwave Raptor pistol grip is lightly textured to resist slippage under recoil and has sling swivel studs on it and the front magazine cap to allow you to add a sling for hands-free carry. The Shockwave holds 1 in the chamber and four rounds of 3-inch magnum shells or five rounds of 2 3/4-inch shells in the magazine tube. With the included rubber mini-clip installed it holds 10 rounds of minishells. It has the Brownells Boom Kit installed which
includes a Carlson’s Mossberg 590 12-gauge Ported Shotgun Barrel, pistol grip and the SB Tactical Shockwave Stabilizing Brace. The 14" barrel has a cylinder choke bore with Magnaporting featuring 22 port holes for added recoil reduction and muzzle jump, fiber optic Hi Viz Green front sight, matte black finish on barrel and stabilizing brace which is made from polymer and is 11.75” long, 1.6” wide, and 18.5 oz. The fiber optic Hi Viz green front sight helps with quick target acquisition with the 590 Shockwave, while a 11.75" polymer stabilizing brace provides a third point of contact.
