No sir, I am not sure of the exact date however I bought it from a friend of my fathers years ago (maybe 8 years ago) and I know he was the original buyer but unfortunately he is no longer with us. I know he was an avid gun collector and cared for all of his pieces.

The only information I found on the web was the Model 700s were made from 1962 - present. I would say it's at least 20 - 25 years old.

Look on the left side of the barrel where it meets the receiver, give me the letters, and I can tell you the year. It's probably 1971 or 1972 if I was guessing.

I'm pretty sure it is a standard weight barrel, it has the front sight and hood. Rear sight was probably removed. I have a mint condition 1971 bull barrel Bdl version, no sites.
