I believe the bottom is a Hawkeye, ypu can see the Ruger logo on the bottom plate, and matte finish, the top appears to be a mkii

243 is a ultralight compact
708 has 22" barrel

The ultralight has a 20” barrel, the compact has a 16.5” barrel, never heard of an ultralight compact, does it have an 18” barrel?
