And on the BoS/CCL issue.. I always felt that this site could be used to prove the point that responsible adults can maintain a free market free from governmental regulation based upon personal responsibility, with arguably the most capable thing an ordinary civilian could be irresponsible with, within one of the last states that its even possible to sell your own property to another man--because we have a right to bear arms, I don't see anywhere in our documental framework their right to evaluate and choose who can and who can't--besides who says they are even fit to own one? In that case, those guys are convicted felons a million times over haha... it's like the cookie jar if kids never even knew it existed they wouldn't even think about putting a hand in... but we all know that the more you tell kids not to put their hands in it and they can't have any until later, the more often you'll catch them before dinner, red-handed at a school....and that's no cookie in their hand.
