Is that a 4" bbl. ? Do you have the wood grips ? Round count?

Yea it is a 4" got some wooden S&W target grips with it but they don't look that good.I changed the grips since this pic was taken with some presentation pachmyer grips,Round count ? it is 37 years old

I carried the identical gun all through my time in the Navy. The stainless didn't rust and you could keep it oiled and clean. Automatics didn't like going surfing, and tended to jam quickly. My S&W never let me down. Even had the same pachmeyer grips, as it was issued. Used .38 for target practice, oddly everyone found .357's in their speed loaders when we got to the gulf. Wish I had a little extra pocket change to get that from you glws
