I saw and handled a Sig 517 scout rifle yesterday at the Jacksonville gun show. Offered to me for $2000 cash out the door. Unfortunately, I am a Georgia resident. It just had that quality feel.

I bought a shotgun in Florida while I was stationed in Alabama. Fella at gun shop said adjoining state residents could purchase rifles or shotguns but not pistols. Not sure if it is still that way or not as this was back in 1995.
