Item is for: Trade Only
Trade Value or Items Looking For: See Below

Caliber: 9mm Parabellum

Willing to Ship: No

Bill of Sale Required?: No

Item Description: Hi,
I am relisting one of my Hi Powers. The gun is a MK III that has been to Novaks to have the slide milled for their sights, with a tritium front and standard rear. The action has been cleaned up, Cylinder&Slide safety, fitted hard sear, and Wolff springs. All pins were also replaced. The grips are VZ G10's in cherry. Fit and finish are excellent. The pistol has 1 13rd OEM mag and 3 15 rd Mec Gar mags, Mec Gar makes all of Browning's mags. This is a pre Portugal roll mark. I also have a very nice custom Tucker&Bryd IWB holster.

The primary trade I am looking for is a 92/96 series Beretta with dovetailed front sight. Other than that, I don't know.

PM me if you might be interested.

So, I have received several PM's about the Hi Power and I will just answer them here for future reference;
I really don't have a cash price, the build cost is around $1400 if you use a Hi Power @ $800.
The pistol is a Standard Model MK III, the blued version, not the epoxy.
No, I don't have the box, docs, hang tag or original receipt.
Yes, I could accept a trade other than a 92/96 series Hi Power.
My trade value is directly connected to how much I want what you have to offer.
No, the trade value is not $1400, it is a used gun and I am trading for something I want, not to make a profit.
I still really want a Beretta Brigader, Vertec, 92A1, etc.

Thanks

I had an 83' that I let another member on here re-blue for me. So much history with that gun as well and I got in a pinch and had to sell it for cash to pay some unexpected medical bills. Tried to get it back now that I am financially back on my feet and unfortunately he doesn't want to let it go. I'd love to own another and this one looks superb sir!

Sorry you got into that bind, on the bright side, there are well over 10 million P35's in existence. I have 4 others that all have some sort of historical or sentimental value. This is an excellent example of a MK III and has proven of the same quality as the others. It is also exceptionally accurate. I have seen several nice Hi Powers here on the trader, but have a hard time seeing them as 1000+ pistols unless they have waffenfabrik stamps on them or are true P35's. I have seen new MK III's for around $800. If you have something you might want to trade, just send me a PM.

I have one too many .357's and I am willing to trade my Taurus 66 if that interest you. Plus a little cash would make it right. The gun came straight off of the Smith and Wesson line under their license. Its completely interchangeable with S&W parts. I have put 50 rounds of .38 through it and was impressed with the accuracy right out of the box. I paid $525 for it back in June and its new in the box with key lock, bag and two speedloaders. Holler if you might want to do something. jd

Sorry for the delayed response, I went to bed early last night. I appreciate your offer, but I have a fully worked Ruger GP100 posted in the revolver section as I too have a few too many .357's.
