My dad smoked Viceroy light 100's and literally smoked himself to death. Right after he retired he would sneak outside every thirty minutes to smoke. I told my mom he is smoking his self to death. Two weeks to the day I said that he couldn't get off the couch complaining of several pain in his back. We took him to the doctor and he had stage 4 cancer that started in his lungs and had moved to his liver, spine and other organs. He died a week later. He smoked all his adult life starting when he was in his late teens.
