Glock 43 with Taran Tactical +1 for 8 rounds of Winchester PDX1 124grain +P that rides in a GearCraft IWB holster. This is my year round setup and I carry everyday all day.

Though I love my S&W 638 for its weight and convenience, and the +p round, I still carry my G19 year round.
Its bone stock and nothing special to look at, but its mine and I'm posting that ****.
