Im with triathlon, it ain't over because they held a couple thousand rounds of cci back. I couldn't get out on the fourth but I've been in three walmarts this week and couldn't find so much as a 50 round box. The academy in snellville had 50 round boxes of match ammo for almost 7 a box. I passed on that.
Hell I havent walked into Walmart in months and found 22. I'm never there at 8 am but till I can walk in at anytime the shortage aint over. Good thing I got plenty stocked up!
I saw it at AO several months ago. I bought the two box limit. Haven't seen it before or since.

"gee im glad to see ammo coming back in stock, would have sucked if i decided to flip ammo and continue to keep prices artificially high like a douche nozzle"

Just an FYI, I bought my ammo at Midway. I've lost money almost every time I sold it. Overall it's been a money loser, I just had a psychotic breakdown when I filed my stamps for my silencers worrying about not having enough 22 to shoot once my cans arrived. I so very much wish I didn't but as much as I did. Regrets, I've had few and all that Sinatra stuff.
Why does everyone always call me a douche? But only online? Never ever happens in person. There are more important things going on in the world than a socialist allocation of 22lr. And if you don't believe that then you should look in the mirror and reevaluate.
And Chuck, I always consider you one of my ODT Friends, love your posts. But everyone can't agree on every topic.

I just stopped by the Winder Wally, which in my opinion is the crown jewel of all Wallys east of the Mississippi, and they had zero .22 in stock.

Yeah, would rather see .22 mag and .17 WSM on the shelves. I have plenty of .22 LR and shorts. The shortage will be over when all rimfire is in stock all the time!
