Face it is all about greed and profit,get used to it if you continue to vote for folks that say "I'm gonna make America great again", it's always been very great for him an others like him.rich keep getting richer and capitalism is made just for them ,buy small sell big. Its a shame whats happening but the reality is it will never change till we get away from a capitalist society.

I laugh at this being blamed on over exaggerated medical and insurance cost,perhaps when we take back our country from the greedy capitalist running/ruining our insurance and medical systems we might have a chance,then take on corporate america that buy and sell our products development to the highest bidder for their goal. MONEY the root of all evil

I agree with your sentiment, but both parties are bought and paid for. To think either isnt up to their elbow in the cookie jar is delusional. To fix the current ailments, we would have to rescind all free trade agreements and make lobbying illegal. Get the money out of politics and regain a free market and things will get right. The love of money is the root of all evil.

BTW, our country was based on capitalism from the very beginning, so there is no taking it back to a previous system.

Eliminating the lobbyist would be a great start,minimum terms for Congressional seats,eliminate gerrymandering,get rid of this outdated voting system,get religion out of politic's. The list could go on but to my point till we eliminate those that want to jeopardize the nation for a profit we will continue to meet our demise.

Obama"care" drives many companies to do this. One I worked for was very clear about it-- they are trying their best to NEVER hire another full-time employee, only contractors, for everything. And they are already seeing the effect of having no continuity in operations-- there's no institutional knowledge of how things are supposed to work. You train 'em, they do good work, then they're gone after 18 months. Buh-bye all their knowledge.

This is a billion-dollar company, too. Thousands of employees nationwide, but declining by the day.

I have been at Coke for 38 years and have seen this become more prevalent each year. While they have been great to me I strongly recommend to all my younger associates to have the resume ready. The days of long term loyalty and stability are gone and everyone should act that way. We are one management change away from sending all functions overseas. On a side note -- we over pay for and over promote new hires which means you are better off switching companies a bunch of times opposed to learning on the job.. Just my 2 cents.
