I guess if you have to have an electric car.... that would be the one to have.

Ha! I don't think so. I'd gladly run a Prius over with a tank. I might be tempted to run a Tesla over but not until I at least got to test those 0-60 numbers.

No doubt! I have seen quite a few as well now that I think about it, I thought they would never take off

Yep,

Free charging stations all over midtown.

Tesla says they will have the free "Supercharging" stations up on all major east west interstates by summer of 14. Free charges for Tesla's.

Lease is $601 per month.

If you break down, a Tesla Ranger comes to you to fix it.
