IWI Jericho 2

I have a buddy who is in the market for his 1st firearm. He wants a full size pistol to keep at his house and in his car. He has no intention of concealed carry. A trip to the LGS had him fondling an IWI Jericho 2. He liked the feel and balance of it. He hasn't shot it and I doubt he'll have a chance to. Ill have out with my 2 walthers and 2 Canik. I'm looking for input on this particular firearm.

good gun, not great for carry maybe it is heavy. but they shoot good and are just nice pistols!

i liked the jericho 1...aka baby desert eagle. it's my goto as i shoot this very accurate. i cant shoot a glock to save my life

Unless they want a ridiculous amount of money, you won't go wrong. It won't be his 'perfect' gun, but it'll be reliable and has a good vendor behind it if there are problems.

Jericho 2 is the new polymer frame so I don't know how heavy it is but the Jericho has a reputation as a great reliable pistol.
I love my steel frame model as it is heavier than a 1911 so recoil is negligent and if I run out of ammo I can still bash a head in with it.
