Sport, have 35's now going to 37. looking to change from 3:21 to 4:88
well with a sport , think about changing the whole front axle , no real reason to upgrade a d30
also if you ever are thinking of lockers now is the time (save on install)
and remember "dont fear the gear" put the biggest you can in there
this is where the d30 and 4.88 dont mix the pinion gets very small and very easy to blow out if you wheel it like i do

New Housings aren't in the budget for the foreseeable future, I'd love to throw a pro rock under there. I don't do any crazy wheeling.
ALSO i have heard that re sleeve ing the tubes and trusses do good also
my biggest concern with a big gear in the 30 up front is the pinion getting really small
remember if anything bind energy will find the least resistance part and kill it

Change front axle, and go to 4.88 gear, the people at Oconee Off Road in Athens/Bogart are great.
