Made some of this tonight. Added a can of Rotel and seasoned the chicken with a little " Slap your Momma" Cajun seasoning. Used Andouile sausage as well as some Green Pepper smoked sausage. As Martha Stewart would say, it's a good thing.
I made a batch last night , and it was very good. Forgot to take a picture. Next time I'll have to cut the recipe down a bit, there's enough to feed a very large family.
