That a hole driving the truck sped up when he seen she was coming into his lane, dick move. The dummy driving the car should have let off the gas and stayed in her lane instead of trying to muscle a truck out of her way that could cause her death. Both of them are stupid IMO.

Yes exactly... What would it have cost the prick to let off the gas for 3 seconds??? She was in the wrong, but being sandwiched between two 18 wheelers was not called for.
If that is a company owned truck, I bet the driver is hunting a job and the car driver is a millionaire.
When merging into a lane you need to have proper space. You can't just pull in font of someone with space of one or two car lenghts between two vehicles.
Having said that, a lot of people think they own the road, and they can justify whatever they're doing simply because someone else is in the wrong. We are all on this road with a shared responsibility.
The truck did accelerate btw, and for that he should be sanctioned. Don't make matters worse. That is not a responsible way to drive, no matter who did what. You're the professional, act like it.

Car driver was cutting him off, with a blinker. You NEVER merge that close to the tractor-trailer. She did not even look to see if truck was letting her in, otherwise why would she merge into him?
Truck driver had to go into the breakdown lane. If he was pulling a heavy load, you just can't slam on the breaks, without jackknifing yourself.
I do not know if truck driver accelerated--watched with sound off.

Well, we know he saw her coming into his lane because he mover over as far as he could. She was in the wrong, no doubt about it .... but why didn't he blow the horn ?
I had a lady talking on her phone do me the same way Friday, I have no doubt she would have hit me if I had not blown the horn. But once I blew the horn, she realized what she was doing and quickly moved back over.
Like I say, the driver in the car in the video was at fault, but the trucker probably could have avoided it by simply blowing his horn.

No he wasn't. Two cars passed him on the right. He was not keeping right except to pass. He was the slower traffic not keeping right... Wouldn't have been in a wreck had he been in the right and correct lane.
It is a shame when dicks collide, but it could have been a lot worse.

Life's too short to kill someone over being cut off. Yeah, it's annoying to be cut off, but to put another driver into a semi is at least bad judgment and may be considered malicious.
