If I were driving that truck I would have ran all up her ass, IF I honestly could not have stopped. The dash cam would have proven her at fault.
That would have been the correct response for me as well, let her hit you I agree. Because had she forced you off the road to in order for you to avoid hitting her and you caused an accident then your at fault.
Damn skippy. I had accident about 20 years ago on 285. A van cut me off trying to make an exit they were about to pass, I swerved to miss them, then hit a car and the wall. I chased the guy down, he spoke no English at that time. He is actually a smart guy, he learned a whole language inside of 30 days. The cops wrote him a ticket after talking with the witness'. Showed up on the court date, in Dekalb Co, mind you, as soon my cracker ass walked in the court room I knew I was screwed. The black judge was wearing some African hat, dudes lawyer said our vehicles never touched so his client was not at fault and quickly the judge agreed. So, from that point forward all you get are brakes from me, no swerving left or right.

to me at least once twice a week....don't want to bend up the Co. truck but sometimes feel like just driving through!

He was keeping up with traffic. Not all places have the stupid laws that trucks can't be in the left lane. Makes no sense, but keeps the masses feeling like their govt is doing "something"
