Hell no.

It boils down to both were qualified to be on the road with the same laws and standards procedures. The car failed to observe standard of conduct.

Well alrighty then.

Didn't know that cars and trucks have the same laws and standard procedures. I never said that the car didn't fail to observe standard of conduct, only that of the two, I would suspect that the truck driver should be the more professional one and could have avoided the wreck.
