just dropped a side lock trigger

Where did this number come from?
its the average reaction time from the time someone moves a gun from their side to fare at you. its how long most people take to pull a trigger, with their finger already on it.
ie
you have a gun on someone, theirs is in hand at their side pointer at the ground.
you finger is on the trigger guard.
they move and fire in most cases, faster than you can see the movement, processes it,move your finger and fire.
if your finger is on the trigger already, it takes about.40 seconds to fire.
true tests with cops had the criminal raising and firing it .36
cant find the one i read with the stats above, but this is one with more testing done.
also remember these speeds are from officers, not civilians. i sure most of you could cut the time in half, but they have not tested the odters yet...

its a pretty good read, and why if my weapon is out, my finger is on the trigger...
