Just moved from Fulton to Dekalb

When I moved to Gwinnett, the first renewal was free then I had to do the whole process over again in Lawrenceville.Finger prints and all two separate buildings and the price went up.

As long as driver license is current doesn’t have to match. I had this for a while with no problems just some gun shops don’t like it but it ain’t wrong. If you want to waste money for it to match then go ahead

Moved out here in '03. Last renewal was in '14. Good for 5 yrs.

Don't they typically match the address when buying a gun at a store or using an FFL pick up?

You need the correct adress on CCL & driver lisence . If a DPS or police go on close look you can loose your CDL for a time .

I got a Gwinnett weapons permit and a Barrow driver's license. Been that way for 4 years, have had NO problems buying guns. They will ask if my driver's license is current address, that's it and that's all you need. My weapons permit is "up" in October and in August I will go get it renewed in Barrow with my current address.

Hello ODT community!
After a decade in Fulton, I just moved to Dekalb.
What is the story with CCW permits? Do I need to apply for a new one within Dekalb county? Is it considered a renewal?
Can't find any literature out there.

I'am in N. Texas & we have to have correct adresses on CCL no excuses it is the law...just change the adress is $10.00 last time I looked . it's always in CCL guide lines & rules of State issued .
