I've wanted to get in to real estate for a little while now but with how Covid turned out and some of the experiences shared here of being a land lord I knew that was not for me so I'm trying something else. I started with a small investment of $500 which is the bare minimum to start an account. This is essentially play money for me to try my hand in all these new online investment accounts. I will do my best to document my experience and keep everyone abreast of how things pan out.

Good luck I have a small investment account (non retirement) that dropped when Covid hit (March) but now its up 73% from lows. I hope that it continues.
Keep us posted.

Go to the nearest casino, to the roulette table, and put the entire wad on red or black. That is possibly the best chance the average new investor will have from here on out, i.e. increasing your net worth vs the Market, in order to stay ahead of taxes and inflation.

or...buy gold and silver...hang on

There's just something about commodities I don't like. I can't quite put my finger on why.

Going to take a look at that, thanks.
