There's just something about commodities I don't like. I can't quite put my finger on why.

I agree when it comes to paper or sometimes imaginary commodities; yes, futures/options etc can be created for commodities that do not even exist. This is fine if all one wants is to end up with more increasingly worthless fiat USD.

I was referring to the purchase of physical gold and silver to be held for future use when FedGov starts issuing the USSA version of the Zimbabwe 50,000,000 dollar bill.

Sitting at $669.41 today. Fundrise is still buying and investing in property on the regular (Multifamily residential, single-family rental, and last-mile industrial).

They sent out a mid-quarter update today going over the current market and what their expectations are; heavily watching the treasuries market and how the Fed handles quantitative tightening in June.
