Spent nearly 2 years working in Deerfield, Pompano,Del Ray Beach, Lake Worth etc at Phar Mor stores. They paid for my room at the La Quinta at 351 West Hillsborough Blvd. Conveniently located right between I95 and Crack Town.

I grew up in the poor part of parkland.....

Somewhat off track, but I sure wish Lido (AKA Lee) Iacocca had run for President. My hero:
borrowed from the US GUBmint, paid himself $1 per year until he turned Chrysler around, and then came back to Congress with a check, PAID IN FULL.

Read his biography and really enjoyed it. He was with Ford for many years and was responsible for the Falcon and Mustang making it to production. But one day the family members of Ford Motor Company said " Hey this guy hsa WAY too much power for someone not named Ford." and that was it for him there.

Holy smokes, this led me down the rabbit hole to look online for El Dorado's... Found one with 202 miles on it they are asking $69K for it. I mean geez was it the Hoffa murder car or something?
