Like the OP my wife has asked me what I want for Christmas and a knife sharpener is something I just haven't brought myself to buy. Is everyone still pleased with their Work sharp? I’ve had mine for 3 years now I think. For me, it is By Far the best, quickest and most fool proof sharpener I’ve ever used. Just replaced all my belts so I’m good for a couple of years again. I use mine for EDC, kitchen, machete, camp axe, etc. I’ve used stones, steels, grinder and Lansky. I’ll use my KO worksharp TIL it wears out them immediately but another. I love it!
