you guys ever had Kitco just cancel your order then hit you with a cancellation fee!? my 1st time ordering with them. I'm new to silver collecting. Someone called me 2 days afterwards wanting my birthday. I was not comfortable w/giving it, is it required? the advisor didn't state that the order would be cancelled if I didn't give it. Another 2 days, my order was cancelled and I get hit w/cancellation fee.
