Knife identification?

Looking for help identifying this knife. It doesn't have any identifying markings on it anywhere. Its old and seems like good quality. 17 tools in total and heavy as hell. Any knife gurus got a clue what this thing is.

Found a German knife maker Krebs that made Swiss army style knives with bone handles that have a similar look but nothing with 17 tools.

I looked at all the tools and couldn't find a marking letter or number anywhere. It's at the shop now I'll double check tomorrow.

It may be like a custom presentation piece and not something that was a catalogue offering.

Funny you mention that. I vaguely remember an article either on here or another site about a similar knife and it was noted as being exactly that. A sample of all available options. Would be neat to know if this is one of them for sure.
