Knife Making

Anybody ever make a knife out of a brake rotor? Specifically a motorcycle brake rotor?
Any issues or tips?

So far, I have used an open end wrench and a steel fence post as donors.

No idea what kind of steel they use in rotors. Have you ever tried leaf springs?

Lol....so far. Mrs AC made herself a knife out of the other half

Very nice work. Did you temper it?

I did. Decided to leave the nail holes in the blade, and didn’t wrap the handle because it looks kind of cool to me
