Know anything about this AL mar knife?

Just picked up this AL mar knife. Was told it was an "early production double edged fighting knife".
What can you tell me about it? I'm new to the quality knife world and trying to learn as I go.
What do you think it's worth?

Not a one of a kind if he made 200 of them but it s still very nice.

I have a couple of Al Mar folding knives, I don't know what it is worth but without a doubt, that is a beauty.

After a little research it looks like it's an early 80s model 8508 from the wild west line. The sheath says 8507 but that isn't it.
I guess this would have been #62 with the first 200 produced being numbered.
