Whole. It took 12 hours of smoking and 3 hours of resting. 8 were uncovered and 4 were covered. The thinner part isn’t as juicy as the thick part but still tasty! Salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and Worchestershire sauce. Worth every minute.
