Kudos to Hi-Point customer service

Recently purchased a Hi-point 4595 carbine (used by the way). It came with a red dot site and the factory irons in a bag. The front site was not the correct one, wouldn't fit over the barrel. I called Hi-Point and told them the site was wrong, they got my info and 3-4 days later, I had a brand new front site that fits my gun in the mail, free of charge.

Similar experience.
I traded for Hi Point 9mm carbine and front site was missing/lost.
I called CS to purchase another one.
CS immediately asked for my address and shipped a new site that day for free.
Hi Point CS rocks.
Greatest, ugliest, and cheapest range gun that shoots every time.
Other than being ugly and 10 rd mags, what's the problem?

PS. By the way, originally traded for it as a gift for my grandson but purchased another for myself. Fun and cheap to shoot.
