Laser for training

I’m not a fan of lasers on pistols, but do any of you guys use lasers for training/ practice. I’m thinking a laser can show me visuallly small defects in my trigger control when shooting, especially when dry firing.

I tried one, but quit because I was loosing the habit of picking up the front site to look where the laser was.

Not sure anything that only cost $150 can spot my deficiencies like my wife.

This one will as you can't distract it with shiny objects or ice cream. It also tells you in detail what it observed if you want it. Worse yet, it keep a long term record that shows your trends.
