I fried my eggs and ham, set aside and covered with cheese to let it start melting, then I used sourdough with a little butter spray and toasted each side in the pan.

It was so good I made another one and added extra egg and cheese. Oh my gosh.

Life IS good. I have to remind myself of that sometimes.

I took off work because allergies are beatin my tail today. But I'm usually home a little before 3 during the week.
