You might want to check out this website. GoldenLoki is a PF9 guru and has some great advice on a fluff and buff:

Ya don't have to do it, but it's more of a "hey, I've got some spare time so let's smooth things out a bit" type of thing. It was a lot more important to do an F&B on the older Kel Tecs, but the newer models have a lot of the kinks worked out of them.
