Replacing the water heater. Had it out yesterday. No leaks. But now it is all of a sudden.

Hard to tell without being there….although there are those that can fix them without seeing it, LMAO, I am not that good

Remember, if your not sure that smell is gas, light a match and then you’ll know for sure.

So there was that much residual gas in the line lol.

Was worried I'd get locked out but calling the gas company out was a blessing.

Guy built me a new valve to install plus sediment trap.
