Valdosta is not Central GA
LaGrange is not Central GA
Statesboro is not Central GA
Etc, etc, etc.

I too live in a geographical anomaly: I'm 45 minutes from anywhere.

But, to be fair, ya gotta remember that even the lame stream media describe Augusta as a city "about 150 miles east of Atlanta".
