It's a joke , a family member got their Medical 'Ga' card a 15 months ago & $ 400 later there is still no place to go in person to get 'Low THC CBD Oil ' & they have to take a chance ordering it & the cost is outrageous .
Also It can only legally be taken in 'drops' no smoking , vaping , eating is legal .

Now FL , has come to their senses (it seems) now allowing smoking "Flower" + vape products & they come labeled with THC content , CBD Content , + the type like Sativa / Indica / Hybrids , I assume these products are tested for pesticides , Mold & other contaminants . That's cool IMO .
BUT
Under federal Law is still illegal , so if you smoke you are disqualified to purchase a firearm but someone can funnel 20 beers the night before & argue with someone the go the next day & buy a 50 cal sniper rifle if they have the funds , drink a gallon of Hard Liquor ..loose their mind & get instant revenge ...hmmm , weed don't have those same issues .
It's all a big mess like most Govt laws , It can be abused 'like anything' but compared to "legal" Alcohol it makes no common sense , that said common sense is lacking in today's society BIG TIME IMHO.

Yea 3 whole months , man those years of smoking & drinking took their toll , even tho it's been many years .

Yea Georgia & Alabama will likely be the last.
