Tone's Lemon Pepper from Sams. I just shake it on before I toss them on the smoker and it works fine without all the mess.

Not yet. However I do have a bag of limes for margaritas that will be broken into tonight.

I've thought about making some lemon pepper seasoning....zest a bunch of lemons and mix with fresh ground peppercorns....then bake on a pan until the zest is dried well...then mix with salt and a little sugar....doesn't seem hard.

Have a margarita for me!

Its a RecTec 680 with extra removable shelf. Works great for corn or 4 more racks of ribs...
